ANTARA PROJEK YANG SEDANG BERJALAN
ARMS intends to start an iron ore processing plant on Lot 4885 covering an area approximately 153.4 Hectares in Mukim Luit, District of Maran, Pahang Darul Makmur.
ARMS plans to buy iron ore from outside source mainly from iron ore mines and upgrade it to required percentage for sale.
At the moment ARMS is submitting business proposal to Department of Mineral and Geoscience (DMG) Pahang to support their application for a Mineral Ore License and to start its operation over the area.
ARMS not only running the iron ore processing plant, but to ensure the mineral processing activities shall be carried out in a skillful and workmanlike with due consideration towards preservation of environment and conservation of resources.
PROJECT SITE
The planned iron ore processing plant will be located at Lot 4885 covering approximately 153.4 Hectares in Mukim Luit, Pahang. The coordinates of the area is N 03o 40′ 27.99′ and E 102o 53′ 33.66′. The land is currently used for agriculture activities, which is oil palm and rubber tress plantation.
This location is located near PLUS toll exit of Sri Jaya, approximately 1.5km northeast of Maran and about 50km southwest of Kuantan.
Present access to the area is by road connection from Sri Jaya is via Jalan Maran-Gambang federal road to the project site. The site lies right next to the federal road boundary and can be seem from the roadside.
